Bramhill Design, as part of Historic Environment Associates, prepared parkland plans for these unique estates, recognised for their contemporaneous C19 designs, joined by a designed carriage drive that provided a continuous link from Waddesdon Manor to the Pavilion in Ethrope Estate. They are recognised as Grade I & II respectively on the Register of Historic Parks and Gardens.
